Summer Scheme

Your decision to train with us should be an informed one.  There are so many firms, so many brochures and so many deadlines – where do you start?  

Our summer vacation scheme is a three-week placement at the firm.  Each year we run four intakes of the scheme over the summer months (three in London, and one in Sheffield). 

The summer scheme has been designed to ensure you gain a clear insight into our business, the type of work you can expect and the kind of people you'll be working with.  As a summer student you are, and will be treated as a potential trainee.  In fact, each year we aim to recruit 90% of our trainees from the summer scheme.

You will spend the duration of the scheme in one department allowing you to grow in confidence, obtain 'real' work and build relationships within your team.  You will be able to submit departmental preferences, and whilst these cannot be guaranteed, we can more often than not accommodate your requests.

We do not run a work experience programme outside the vacation scheme.
